Minnesota Center The Minnesota Center (MNC) is Cambridge-Isanti’s
optional year-round middle school program located at the Isanti Middle School site. MNC’s follows a year-round calendar and has been an option for district parents since its founding in 1995. Originally, the school calendar followed a 45-15 configuration where students learned for 45 days (nine weeks of school) and were on intersession break for 15 days (three weeks of vacation). That calendar has been modified over the years and currently students have 6-8 weeks of school followed by 1-2 week intersessions. The school year starts at the beginning of August and runs through the middle of June.
