The proposed improvements consist of the Most Critical Components of the District’s Long Range Capital Plan that has served as the basis for facility-related decisions in the District for several years. The goal of these improvements will be to increase building safety, security, and accessibility throughout the District, and to protect tax-payer assets by addressing aging building systems and associated repair needs. Below is an outline of the major scope components of the improvements. A detailed building-by-building listing of all proposed improvements is available on the District’s website.
