“City Views”
From Around Our World
[Sponsored by the C.I.H.S. Social Studies Dept. with World History/Geography classes]
On Thursday evening, February 25th, during C.I.H.S. parent/teacher conferences [4-8 pm], there will be a travel photo show of selected “City Views” photographed by World History/ Geography teacher, Dan Johnson. Parents and students may view the photos in the South House ouseHouand attempt to identify their locations that evening. On Friday, February 26th, during selected Social Studies classes, students may identify the photo locations and write down their “educated answers.” Prizes will be donated by People First Travel [Peoples Bank of Commerce in Cambridge] for those students who correctly identify “most” of the world city locations.
