The issue we had with First Class on Monday is related to the fact that our First Class Post Office is getting to large.  What happened is that we ran out of memory.  From January until now the First Class Post Office has grown by 10 Gigabits.  The best way to free up memory is for all of us to delete unneeded emails and attachments.

I know we are all very busy, but to prevent future issues with First Class please take some time out of your busy day to clean up your emails.
