Cambridge Medical Center will offer a free "Eat Healthy, Be Active" community workshop led by Darcy Rylander, wellness coach, beginning January 30 through March 6. The six-week workshop will be held on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. at Cambridge Medical Center in the Foundation Room.

Each one-hour workshop will provide easy to use information that will focus on helping adults adopt healthy eating and physical activity habits.  Topics will include eating healthy on a budget, meal ideas  and tips on how to modify recipes to make them healthier. 

The "Eat Healthy, Be Active"  Community Workshop series is made up of the following:
1. Enjoy Healthy Food That Tastes Great

2. Quick, Healthy Meals and Snacks

3. Eating Healthy on a Budget

4. Top Tips for Losing Weight and Keeping It Off

5. Making Healthy Eating Part of Your Total Lifestyle

6. Physical Activity is the Key to Living Well
 
The workshops will be fun and interactive, with many hands on activities.  The six-week session is free, but registration is required.  Please call 763-688-9339 to register.
