FirstClass Mobile for iOS 11.2.8 - Display issue.

Thank you for taking the time out of you day to connect with us!

We recently updated our popular FirstClass Mobile Application for iOS to version 11.2.8 released October 28, 2013. After submission, we were made aware of issues with display that causes the tops of objects such as messages to be cut off. We can understand how disappointing this update has been to those, like you who depend on our software for their collaborative needs.

We apologize that this issue happened and affected you personally.

As mentioned via our Facebook Page, and Twitter accounts earlier today, we have corrected this issue and have submitted an update to Apple. At this point, we are awaiting Apple to review and release the update 11.2.9.

As a temporary work-around which may help, you could turn your device into landscape mode. This may provide you with enough of the information to click on the item.
